How to check the status of a shipment
The order tracking process takes place automatically through the chat located at the bottom right.
The procedure is explained directly in the chat.
I prodotti sono vegani?
Sì, non vi è traccia di derivanti animali.
Contiene additivi o coloranti o altro?
Non c'è presenza di zuccheri aggiunti.
I glitter di Astro Gin sono composti da E170, E171, E172, E470a. Non vi è rischio per la salute. (Sì Vegan)
I colori di prodotti non sono artificiali, ma totalmente generati dall'infusione in stile Cold Compound delle botaniche.

Consegna non riuscita
Purtroppo non possiamo controllare ogni singolo ordine, per questo vi chiediamo di essere più che sicuri di aver inserito giusti i dati di spedizione, tra cui il numero civico (che poi da la mancata consegna).
In questo caso l'errore non è nostro, ma vi daremo comunque qualsiasi aiuto nelle nostre possibilità. Contattateci il prima possibile per rimediare.
How an order is shipped
Each package is freshly prepared and individually.
Fragile products are carefully covered with special material (bubble wrap) and kept away from other fragile objects in order to avoid breakage.
The package containing more than one bottle is covered internally with another special material to prevent movement inside and therefore avoid breakage or damage.
Outside the package there are no writings or references to the contents except the shipping bill and a flyer with the words "INFERNO GIN"
If the package does not arrive as reported, we ask you to sign subject to inspection for damage or breakage.
Otherwise we will not be able to make returns or refunds.

Prices
Prices are inclusive of VAT.
To request an invoice, just send us an email to gininferno@gmail.com attaching the order and your data.
For prices reserved for clubs/restaurants, on the "Where to find us" page, you will find the appropriate section to contact us and have the price list reserved for restaurants.
Discounts
The discounts are generated directly by us and always have a fixed duration from start to finish.
The discounts we send via mailing list are Nominal and Personal generated on the customer's code, therefore not transferable to third parties.
Not all discounts are cumulative.
Minimum age
The minimum age required to view the site is +18.
By confirming that you are of age, you exempt us from possible repercussions as the pop-up is automatically displayed on the first visit to the site from a device.
Orders placed by minors under the age of 18 are not our responsibility as we do not see the age of the recipient and we have no possibility to deny access automatically.
Returns and Refunds
Once the package has been dispatched from our store, the responsibility falls on the company that takes care of the shipment.
Therefore we ask you to contact directly the assistance of the same.
We have no chance to retaliate against it.
No returns or refunds are made for the payment types "cash on delivery" or "cash on collection".
Refunds are to be considered excluding shipping and a maximum of 20%.

Annullamenti Ordini
Gli ordini effettuati non posso sempre essere annullati.
Gli ordini effettuati dalle 9.00 alle 17.00, contattandoci in queste fasce orarie dello stesso giorno.
Gli ordini effettuati dalle 17.00 alle 9.00 del giorno seguente non possono essere annullati.
